Delete your Tanaroom account

You can delete your Tanaroom account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly in the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Tanaroom app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
• After a 30-day grace period, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an active premium subscription - manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it - we will take care of the rest.
