This Privacy Policy explains how OKET LLC ("OKET," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Tanaroom (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
2) What We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) you provide it, (b) it is collected automatically, or (c) we receive it from partners.
A. Information You Provide
Account Information: email address (for login/verification); account settings and preferences.
User Content: User Input (text, word lists, notes, prompts, and other content you submit); AI Output (generated or translated content saved to your account); customer support messages and content you include.
Future User-Generated Content (UGC): If we enable UGC features (posts/comments/profiles), we may collect the content you publish, related metadata (timestamps), and moderation/reporting information.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Device and app info: device model, OS version, app version, language.
Identifiers: device identifiers, and advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) where permitted.
Usage data: feature usage, sessions, interactions, limits usage, ad reward events.
Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error reports.
Approximate location (inferred): generally city/region level based on IP or regional settings (not precise GPS unless you explicitly grant it and we add such a feature).
C. Information From Third Parties
Stores and purchases: subscription state, entitlement status, transaction identifiers from Apple/Google.
Analytics/crash providers: aggregated measurements depending on configuration.
Advertising partners: ad delivery and measurement signals, rewarded-ad completion events.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and operate the Service (accounts, syncing, AI features);
- deliver system/service push notifications (not marketing notifications at this stage);
- personalize and improve content and features;
- run analytics and performance monitoring;
- ensure security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- display ads and provide rewarded-ad enhancements (if enabled);
- comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
AI Content Use (Important)
We process User Input and AI Output to provide AI features and to save/sync content.
At this stage: we use content for analytics and improving the Service (where feasible in aggregated and/or de-identified form).
Future model training: if we introduce model training/fine-tuning using user content, we will request explicit opt-in permission and provide additional disclosures and controls.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK and Similar Regions)
Depending on your location, we rely on:
- contract necessity (to deliver the Service);
- legitimate interests (improving the Service, security, fraud prevention);
- consent (where required, e.g., certain advertising identifier usage);
- legal obligation (compliance, tax/accounting, lawful requests).

We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with:
A. Service Providers
Vendors that help operate the Service, such as cloud hosting and database providers, analytics and crash reporting providers, email verification and delivery providers, push notification providers, payment-related providers (subscription/entitlements), customer support tools, and AI infrastructure/providers (as applicable).
These currently include Google (Firebase Analytics and AdMob), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (crash and error reporting), and RevenueCat (subscription management).
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual and technical safeguards.
B. Advertising Partners
If ads are enabled, we may share limited information with advertising partners (e.g., advertising IDs, device/app signals, and ad interaction data) to deliver and measure ads, including rewarded ads. Some ad partners may process data as independent controllers.
We use Google AdMob to display ads, including personalized (interest-based) ads where you consent. Google may use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and device/app data to deliver and measure ads. You can learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
C. Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights/safety/security, investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
6) Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Account deletion: If you delete your account, we may retain account data and associated content for up to 30 days after deletion for restoration requests, fraud/abuse prevention, and backup integrity. After that, we delete or de-identify data unless longer retention is required by law (billing/tax records, disputes, security logs).
7) Your Choices and Controls
Depending on your device and region, you may:
- access and edit your content in the app;
- delete your account within the app (if available);
- control push notifications in device settings;
- limit ad tracking via OS privacy settings (IDFA/GAID controls);
- reset advertising identifiers (if supported).

Rights vary by jurisdiction.
A. EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a regulator.
B. United States (State Privacy Laws)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain targeted advertising/sharing (where applicable).
We do not sell personal information.
9) Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
10) International Data Transfers
Because we operate in the U.S. and use global service providers, your information may be transferred and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
