These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and OKET LLC ("OKET," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Tanaroom mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data processing, the Privacy Policy controls.
This agreement is between you and OKET LLC only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as required by their store rules.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Features may change over time.
You may need an account (typically via email verification) to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service may generate or translate content using artificial intelligence ("AI"). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or contain translation errors.
AI output is not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information from independent sources where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKET LLC is not responsible for losses or claims arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated or AI-translated content, including inaccuracies or translation errors.
These Terms distinguish between:
You retain rights you may have in your User Input. You represent and warrant you have the rights needed to submit your User Input and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
AI Output may not be unique; similar results may be generated for other users.
You grant OKET LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your User Input and AI Output only as necessary to:
The Service (including software, design, branding, logos, UI/UX, templates, and related IP) is owned by OKET LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant OKET a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without compensation.
Cloud sync. The Service uses a backend to store and sync your account data, User Input, and AI Output across devices. Some data may also be cached locally on your device.
Account deletion and retention. If you delete your account, we will deactivate it and begin deletion of associated data. We may retain account data and associated content for up to 30 days after account deletion (e.g., for restoration on request, fraud/abuse prevention, and backup integrity). After that, data is deleted or de-identified, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g., billing/tax records, dispute handling, or security logs).
We collect information for operating the Service, improving content and features, analytics, performance monitoring, security, and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing. We may share limited information with service providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email verification, push notifications, payment processors) and, if ads are enabled, advertising partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may display ads and may offer rewards for viewing ads (e.g., increased limits or access to additional features). Availability may vary by region, device, and ad inventory.
Advertising may involve device identifiers and measurement signals, subject to your device settings and our Privacy Policy.
Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., weekly or monthly). Purchases are processed via Apple App Store and/or Google Play (the "Stores") and are governed by the Stores' policies.

Currently, the news feed may include content published by OKET or its administrators.
If we introduce user-generated content (UGC) features (posts/comments/profiles), additional rules may apply, including moderation, reporting, visibility controls, and content removal policies. We may update these Terms (and/or provide supplementary terms) before enabling major UGC functionality.
The Service may rely on third-party services (AI providers, analytics, payment processors, ad networks). We do not control third-party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as available. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKET LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS.
If liability is found, OKET's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to OKET for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing, unless a higher amount is required by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKET LLC from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Input, your violation of these Terms, or violation of law/third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide notice within the Service or by other means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
